Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

We have used Diligent Boards for quite some time with our Board of Directors along with our subsidiary Boards.
  • Ease of uploading of documents
  • Customer Support
  • Overall user friendly and east of use
  • moving documents between tabs is a big issue that could be resolved
  • While we are a large user, it would be helpful to allow larger organization more control (i.e., add and remove users)
  • Ease of information access
  • Ease of navigating the site
  • User friendly
  • Security of the materials is the #1 priority and Diligent is definitely on top of security.
  • Building books has become easier.
Diligent Customer Service has always been very responsive to any requests. There have been a few mishaps along the way but that is to be expected in any business and has never been anything detrimental.
As with our organization and many others, security is a top priority. We've not had an issue with Diligent in the matter.
Overall, Diligent was much easier to use. Also, more widely used particularly with our directors who sit on multiple Boards.

We strictly use this for building and sharing board books with Board members. The Board members really like this program. I see where we could use many of the other features as they improve. However, at this time, we recently merged with another organization so that will take some time.
