We use DocuSign for all customer documentation that requires a signature. It's ease of use has enabled us to achieve 3 MAJOR Benefits:

- Reduces the amount of resources spent on collecting and/or correcting signature related issues.

- Industry-wide adoption. This application, in particular, is approved/endorsed by the IIABA (Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America)
- Ease of use. You can simply drag and drop information where you need it
- Customizable fields for your specific needs
- Application can be branded with your company logo
- Template functionality is not intuitive
- More control of branding appearance (logo size, shape & presentation)
- Would like the ability to label & organize files
- Version control would be awesome. If customer makes a mistake, would be nice to resend and archive correction
- Immediate ROI. There was a time when we spent an entire day chasing document signatures. Most applications are received within 48 hours.
- System sends automatic reminders for unsigned documents & notifications of envelope expiration.
- Filers are fully compliant. In other words, there are no more missing signatures/initials. Customer error has been eliminated
The savings here are so immediate and the cost so low, there is little benefit to shopping around
