Overall Satisfaction with DraftSight
I am an engineer with an integration company. I have purchased and used DraftSight alone for about 5 years. Once the 2019 version came out it has consistently crashed 2-5 times a day.
- Simple to use and configure to my liking.
- It has the features I have come to rely on.
- Licensing is integrated with SOLIDWORKS
- Support is lacking for paying customers.
- "How to" in the manual is lacking clarity
- Consistently crashes and no troubleshooting can be found
- It has cost me a lot of time loss due to the crashes.
I am currently learning AUTOCAD but don't have a comparison at this time.
