Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our team uses Dropbox as our main way to connect, edit documents, and save important files within our organization for optimal sharing. Since we have all been remote since COVID-19, finding one platform to connect and do everything we needed to do was hard until we moved to Dropbox. Now, we can be anywhere and access what we need.

Google Drive

Our team uses Google Drive in order to sign documents- otherwise, we stick to Dropbox as we find it accessible for everyone no matter where they are. We are also a growing company, and Google Drive has its limits on storage and accessibility, so we'd rather grow with a platform we can stay with.

Where Dropbox is more suited: You have team members who travel a lot, perhaps overseas. Dropbox is easily accessible no matter what country you're in, leaving less hassle to connect. Where Dropbox is less suited: need documents signed? We leave this task to do within Docusign and simply upload it to Dropbox once the new document is done.
