Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Dropbox daily to store documents, keep track of case information, send files and saved documents. This is a just a small explanation of what we use the Dropbox for here at our company. We are able to share a file and give access to our Dropbox to others who we collaborate with that are not in our offices.

Using the Dropbox when saving large amount of data is very helpful. I am able to save data, store files, share files and the best part is when I get help from an outside source I can securely share a specific file from my office to them without having to worry about any breaches of other files.
