Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Used to store all information and files, by state and by job. Accessible to all site and office staff, avoiding ineffective communication on the front of commercial, construction drawings, and tendering.
- Uploading collaborative excel sheets
- Organisation of folder structure
- Keeping record of changes and by whom
- Sometimes poor communication in what is being uploaded
- Sometimes when backing up it seems to change all file change dates to the backup date
- Access to latest drawing sets for site staff stops making mistakes on stie
- Ability to run commercially from this allows collaboration with head office easily
OneDrive it is very similar to, however it integrates well into windows.
Teams is better for common communication as well as working on the exact same document at the same time
