Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox to have case files available via cloud storage. It really helps to have files available for all of our employees 24/7 with an internet connection. Even without an internet connection, we can work on drafting legal documents and have it sync with our shared drive in almost an instant. This has been a must for our law practice and continues to be a big reliance for our work.
- Viewing files offline
- Sharing files with specific people
- Adding comments to files
- Requesting files from another user
- Need for customer support (monthly checks w/ users via email)
- Less extra features (overwhelming versus simplicity)
- Improvement with migration of older files (causes errors and I cannot access the document anymore)
- Current files stay up-to-date for collaboration
- Older files have become corrupted (possibly from migration)
- Sharing files are easy to do
