Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use if for Signing Contracts and NDA's. This has helped us stay up to date with secure documents and signatures from our Staff Contractors.

  • Communication to with signers.
  • It can provide more field types for signing.
  • The saved files can be a bit of a challenge.
  • This has helped us get caught up in our HR with our team.
  • All staff work remotely so this is a secure way to get documents signed.
  • This speeds up the signing process from the old fashion snail mail.
It has been easy to use but I have had to upload some of the saved documents several times.
It is adequate for our needs. I would love to have more named fields inside the signing process.

We use Dropbox Sign for managing our Contracts and NDAs. The various options for multiple signers in one document is very helpful. We would recommend this to any potential users. Being able to export documents in a PDF format is very helpful. We find this software very easy to use.
