Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
I generate agreements and have them signed by both parties to the agreement.
- Cost is reasonable
- Allows for fast execution of agreements
- Provides a good electronic paper trail
- I get a lot of bounce backs that are not accurate--the other party did get the document even though Dropbox says they did not.
- I would like the distribution order to be more obvious--its easy to miss.
- I have used HelloSign for many years. So far I have not seen any improvements over what HelloSign offered.
- Faster time to fully executed agreement
- Under HelloSign and now under Dropbox Sign my emails both end up in the recipient's spam filters to they miss it. I have to follow up with an email directly telling them to look in their spam filter or "junk" folder.
- Under HelloSign both my employer and I were billed so we double payed. I tried to get a refund but HelloSign's customer service was never helpful and I never got a refund.
