Overall Satisfaction with Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo

We currently use Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo via our IT Department at the moment. It currently addresses MFA for the following products in our environment: Carbon Black, MS Office 365 Email, LastPass for offsite authentication. I feel that it truly addresses a strong multifactor. We have done several penetration tests and during their compromise phase, they could not get into our email and into Carbon Black to change configurations to mask/hide alerts from being visible to our two-man IT Security Team.

  • Based on other competitors, price can be high for paid versions

  • Need to increase the amount of users for the free version, like 50 vs 10

  • A compromise usual costs more to mitigate where having Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo implemented is cost effective
When discussing MFA, I feel that Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo is the first application that comes to mind. It is extremely easy to build a profile online, download Duo to your IOS device, then copy/paste the API's needed for validation. We are discussing rolling this out company-wide as we (IT Security) feel that this product will help to meet our needs for multi factors.
The benefits of using MFA is substantial. It adds that extra authentication layer that hackers simply cannot access unless they physically have your IOS device. On a personal level, I currently use Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo on Thinfinity so that I can access my desktop with WAN securely. The application just simply works out of the box. Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo is just plain powerful!
Support is incredible! I can simply call Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo Support knowing that I will get a knowledgeable member of their staff. Support will help with any questions that you have and even offer to help set up any application no questions asked. I've called support a few times on where to locate the APIs for certain apps, they immediately pointed me in the right direction. Duo Support 10 user free version is rock solid!
Getting Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo setup with our Carbon Black Cloud was a bit confusing as this was the first application that we've added to our 10 user Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo Setup. Me and my co-worker called Duo Support and we thought we were going to run across a scripted support setup, but we were wrong. The technician on the phone at the time already had plenty of information on how to set up Carbon Black. Support walked us through the setup and we were extremely happy with the immediate results.
Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo is the only thing we have used from the vendor so far. I am happy with the results, bottom line, Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo just simply works!

Very well suited for Enterprises needing a strong MFA. Its very easy to setup the account, very easy to configure MFA for LassPass, Office 365 Mail, and Carbon Black. Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo does have a long list of supported enterprise applications. I feel that Duo /Cisco Secure Access, by Duo doesn't fit the lass appropriate category as this application is fully designed to meet your MFA needs.
