Best tool in the testing / personalization space!
Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield
While of course giving us the ability to run UX tests and uncover new segments for personalization, Dynamic Yield also reduces dev resources needed with the amazing out-of-box features, provides us with the most innovative and up-to-date features to test with, helps us minimize revenue loss within a strategic growth plan and gives us the insights we need to improve KPIs that are important to the business.
Pros
- Innovative out-of-the-box features
- Robust analytics capabilities
- Detailed segmentation for building experiences
Cons
- Easier integration capabilities with custom analytics dashboards being used internally (Like Google Data Studio)
- A/B testing
- Innovative out-of-the-box features that require little to no dev work
- Robust analytics capabilities
- Product recommendation library
- Less technical resources to launch new features
No contest between Convert and Optimizely - those are very decent A/B test programs but also standard. The biggest contender was A/B Tasty and we chose DY due to the ease of client vs server side implementation within the platform and robust analytics/product recommendation features
