Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is being used to monitor the majority of production applications. This includes payments, b2b, database calls. It is used by operations and developers. It addressed getting APM into our org for automation and containerization.
- Dynatrace was quick and easy to implement so we could see an immediate impact.
- Root cause analysis and problem identification help lower MTTR.
- The UI is easy to use, which makes for quick adoption.
- The ability to alert on low volume right out of the box for transactions and services would be nice.
- The fact that you can’t resize the number of open problems tile is frustrating.
- The beehive dashboard page is worthless.
- We have lowered MTTR.
- We can address problems quicker.
No competition. Dynatrace won because of root cause analysis. Ease of deployment. Ease of use.

When we started we had D1P. Kim and Cay were absolutely amazing. We met weekly to discuss our implementation and work through any issues we had. Product features were tracked by them.
