We train our sales teams upon joining and through restructuring.
We explain and implement Agile methodologies using the short courses.

Pros
- It’s quick and easy to set up and build contend
- It has a great support team
- It’s massively customizable
- It keeps adding features
- It monitors progress of all users
Cons
- Some operations on a big list of users (2000) are complicated
- Database setup has to be done tagged manually
- It does not provide an option to send newsletters for selected accounts
- It would be nice to have more options to manage unused accounts
- It started ‘binge learning’ thanks to 8min average time needed to complete a lesson
- It allowed a 93% completion rate for field force training materials (up from 47%)
- It allowed for easy and attractive implementation of mandatory content (compliance/lex)
- Kahoot!
EdApp has an easier interface. It allows you to start building whole courses with many lessons within first hours of use. It’s design looks more professional which results in a better fit for business environment. Unlike Kahoot!, it’s not recognised as ‘the thing my kids have at school’ - important factor in terms of user approach to content provided in lessons.

EdApp Support
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Quick Resolution Good followup Knowledgeable team Problems get solved Kept well informed No escalation required Immediate help available Support understands my problem Support cares about my success Quick Initial Response | None |
I paid for premium support as with 2000 accounts there is no room for error. I know when I need help and usually I need it quick. That is why the premium was a no-brainier.
EdApp helped clean up our library and connected multiple versions of the same course (in different languages) that allowed for great ease in reviewing user data and eliminated errors when checking for success rate of our mandatory compliance trainings. This was a job that we should be expected to do ourselves, yet EdApp offered support and allowed us to focus our work on other topics
Using EdApp

Like to use Relatively simple Easy to use Technical support not required Well integrated Consistent Quick to learn Convenient Feel confident using Familiar | None |
- Setting up a course
- Managing users and verification of progress
- Implementation of EdApp to our trainings (onboarding, sales pitch, Agile intros)
- If your library is too complex (too many courses) it can get visually unappealing
- Changing the way accounts are tagged needs to be done manually for each account
Yes - Just as good as desktop. The allow for different view options depending on the device you are using.
