Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud

A way for customers to connect to our store teams and deliver a truly online and offline omnichannel experience. We use this across our retail doors to connect our web customers to real people who can give product recommendations and advice to those who cannot get into the store. It provides a personalized and human touch.

  • Sometimes dev work can be confusing and long-winded
  • Missed an option to connect to live chat when a customer service issue arises
  • Stores can’t access Emplifi support as it’s email-only
