I think Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud, and I am only talking about live advisor is getting old, it is not developing new features so this is why I am giving this score. There are a lot of things that could be done with live advisors such as 1 to 1 chat, multiple chats at one time, or automatic replies or AI suggestions to reply. Live advisor should be a tool that helps the in store assistant to sell more, not to have more work. The service do not understand the journey of the live advisor in store.

The app itself is very usable and easy to navigate. I give a 4 because the reporting and back end aspects make it difficult to grade as an overall solution. I feel it's below average for what is expected.

I have only used the Ratings & Reviews and the UGC arms of the cloud suite, but both have been fairly intuitive. The UGC does not always update in real time and I have had glitches with repeated content and/or scraping from certain social media platforms.

Since the main use of the Live Advisor is on the website that doesn't have e-commerce capabilities, it has been challenging to attach an specific metric to Emplifi's solutions and their usability in our websites. The Live Advisor is helping us to deliver our unique sale proposition in digital channels, which is great, but it is difficult to assign a higher mark in usability due to the limitation just explained.

We found the UGC component of Emplifi to be relatively intuitive and easy for new users to adopt, resulting in increased usage and efficient time spent on the platform. Increased adoption impacted our overall marketing programs because we are able to find better/more images and use them to support our messages and campaigns.

I have to ask usage questions often and it's hard to look up answers without reaching out to our Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud team in my experience. The program is so robust it can be tricky to learn to navigate, in my opinion.

Love how easy and straightforward Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud is for users. The only thing that I've had trouble with would be with labels - sometimes it's hard finding where the labels go and how to tag them all at once. Might just be a user thing though!

Overall it is very easy to use but there is a learning curve to get there. While some things you can figure out yourself there are many times where you will want to ask questions before jumping in because there is the possibility you can make a mistake and when you are part of a large global company mistakes can have very big impacts, in my opinion.
