Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

Emplifi helps with performance reviews in social media. We use it on several platforms to get more data based insights for our clients.

It is quite slow to answer, and usually issues go back to normal before our support team gets back to us in the chat.
I think Emplifi is much better in terms of real time data crawling. It is way faster than Fanpage Karma and gathers more metrics as well.

It is great for understanding our clients performances and make reports that can get to the core of what they do well / not well.
However, I don't understand what is the value of its "publisher" feature. We actually publish directly on our social media platforms and it seems much easier that way than using a specific tool for that.
