Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

In my organization we want to communicate the progress made by the goverment and the public servers. We also want to listen the needs of the people, as well as know the opinion the people have about the goverment and the public serves. With Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud we can reach an entire state or city in Mexico, even the entire country.
  • Dashboards are very complete
  • With "Analytcs" we can analyze practically everything we want
  • With "Community" we can observe and analyze in detail each comment that comes
  • Is very easy analyze comments, we can label by sentiment and hide negative comments
  • I would like there to be the option to hide several comments at the same time
  • It's necessary the option to watch the "Sentiment Summary" in every post from "All incoming " in Community
  • I would like the option to like on Instagram comments from Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud
