Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae
Encompass is very user-friendly and makes the mortgage process move along much more smoothly than any other system.
- Encompass encompasses all of the different outside vendors that you will need for the mortgage loan process and makes the loan process smooth.
- I feel their biggest advantage is that all parts of the system are connected, this way you are not moving from one page to another to try to make sure the whole file matches, everything moves smoothly from one page to another.
- I really enjoy how the pages of each screen match exactly as the docs that will print out. There's no guessing about where the information will end up or what it will look like once printed.
- I find that when drawing docs there are some fields that are missing and have to manually be entered later.
- The positive has been that the mortgage process is much faster and easier, for all involved in the process. It's nice to have everything all in one system.
Calyx Point does not compare in any way to Encompass. Encompass is a much better and more user-friendly product.
