Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

We use this for sales incentive calculation. It gives a real-time gamified view of the current month's target vs achievement and how much incentive an ISM going to earn. It also helps to check who is topping the current month which creates healthy competition within the team.
The gamified view is one of the best factors due to which ISM uses it on daily basis.

  • Automation reduces manual intervention, which ultimately reduces errors
  • Refunds are should also get considered real-time
  • Pages loads very slow, can be improved to improve UX
  • Managers incentive is little complicated and can be incorporated
  • Real time incentive calculations gave real, healthy competition
  • Gamified view gave good UX
  • Manager view is really confusing
We used Tableau also but Everstage view and interface is much better
