Overall Satisfaction with EverString

Everstring is being used for database enrichment (accounts & leads), account sourcing, and we're also leveraging it for its integration with Bombora.
  • Account enrichment
  • Technographic insights of your key acounts
  • Fit scores to help prioritize accounts
  • Additional coverage - they only map to approx 40% of our accounts given we're in SMB
  • Better & richer technographic insights whenever possible
  • Stronger contact info/insight.
Better account insight/coverage than Zoom.
We conducted 4-5 training sessions - our onboarding CSM was amazing and we all loved her. And now most of our team is very capable of doing their own account research & develop their own lists & insights based on whatever criteria they have.
Very satisfied so far.
Very helpful!
We rolled out FitScore into our SFDC insights for Sales and they are using that data to help understand the potential value of each account they're going to talk to. Soon we'll be rolling out the Intent signals from Bombora to help our team prioritize & get alerts when accounts in their name are surging, or to create BDR lists for accounts we're not yet working, but should be because of Intent signals.
Its been very valuable to our team in both building out a TAM/Full picture of our universe in Salesforce, and for driving decision making on who and how we go after accounts.
Well suited for companies selling to SMB, as they seem to have the best account data insight vs the other big data players (we talked to Zoom, Discover, etc). We also really love their Fit Score, and how easy it is to source accounts & load into SFDC. If you need contact insight, I'm not sure they're your best solution, or you may want to partner them w/ another vendor.

Data Quality and Ease of Use

We find their contact insight to be less rich - luckily the companies we market to are small so finding those contacts isn't hard, but for larger companies and orgs that are challenging to navigate, I can't speak to how helpful/accurate they would be.
