Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use it to sync mass signatures. Issues are related to updated signature and time it takes to update it. Most of the time we need to update Active directory for it to work properly. When I reach out to support, they are always responsive and take ownership of the issue until it's resolved.

It's very well suited for large corporations to sync their emails with O365. Great to update one or multiple users are the same time.

I do recommend for all support agents to have more experience so to avoid lengthy ticket durations. Also highly recommend faster response times to resolve issues as users can't wait after hours.
