To streamline email signatures and add marketing banners to emails

This is very helpful for promoting events. We can schedule an email signature to run up to the day of an event.
Our IT department made the decision to use exclaimer because there security features were better than other platforms we reviewed.

Exclaimer works well for creating email templates for large groups. I wish users could opt in to certain features (ie phone number inclusion). I wish you could create unique links for marketing banners for each employee to track clicks.
