Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use exclaimer to control our email signatures automatically. This allows us to help prevent title fraud and also ensure we provide a consistent look to all of our email. Since the system links to Azure/AD, we are also able to dynamically update signatures when employees status or location change.
- Costs are in line with expectations
- Consistent product delivery - we rarely have issues with application
- Ability to update and adjust on the fly
- The GUI to edit the signatures can be tricky
- I was offered help when signing on, but never received even after asking about it
- Sales rep could be more responsive after the sale
- This freed up an employee for over 10 hours per week
- Prevented mistakes when sending emails out
- Prevents employees from miss-representing the organization which increases security
We benifet from the template customization by allowing fields to be dynamic based on Active Directory attributes. We do not take advantage of bookings or other features that marketing probably uses.
Not having a process running on our exchange server that could potentially put it at risk is appealing to us.
