Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I currently use EZ Texting to help my clients reach out and stay connected to their customers. EZ Texting is so easy to use. I’ve tried other companies but EZ Texting is by far the best company to work with. Their online help is fantastic, too! Quick to answer any questions or concerns I have.

  • I handle lots of small campaigns, so buying at a lower quantity isn’t good.
  • I wish they’d allow you to load your campaigns up, and then figure out how many credits you need so you could get the lower rate.
I was able to get EZ Texting up and running very quickly. The platform is easy to understand, and when I couldn’t figure it out, the online help chat was super helpful! Only a few times I was left hanging waiting for an answer and gave up running that campaign. Contacts download is really easy to do.
I'm not computer savvy at all, and I always worry when having to try a new platform. EZ Texting is so easy to use that I felt confident almost right away. Whenever a customer had a question for me that I didn’t understand, EZ Texting was very quick to answer my questions.
EZ Texting support staff are fast to respond to any questions or concerns.

EZ Texting is great for getting out a quick message to customers, but not that great when you are trying to explain a sale, etc. Text message length is too short--voicemail works better for that. I wish EZ texting had an RVM option as I love the ease of importing contacts and running those lists.
