Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We are a retail store and send announcements and pictures to our clients monthly, and more during the holiday season.
  • It is easy to add pictures to our content.
  • It is easy to add client numbers.
  • I am not technically savvy and find it very easy to use!
  • The ROI has been great. As a reminder that we are open on Sundays in December, I sent a reminder text on Saturday and the next day sales were great!
We were able to get up and running right away and we add client names daily.
Support is always helpful and gives quick responses.
It allows us to show off new products which means new clients will come in!
I use EZ Texting a couple of times a month, as my clients do not want to be disturbed daily. It works for us!
