EZ texting helps us reach users and new recruits where in this day and time people are bombarded with emails and respond to texting as a more personal touch rather than checking their email. With introductory users and technology, EZ texting seems to close the gap and help our company grow and fulfill our vision by helping us reach more than just a few people.

I use it a lot recommend it a lot have over 30 companies using it as an added source for recruiting. I hope it's here to stay.

In getting info to prospects for new job hires a text is sent with clickable contact info. It helps with sending timely reminders and has the capability to save the date to calendars. Not sure where it is less appropriate because texts are benign and the goal is met when a text is received and reviewed.
