Overall Satisfaction with Figma

We use figma to define design requirements. Our Product Designers use Figma to showcase their ideal state of how they want the screens in our product to look like.
We also use Figma to do collaborative design related discussions on how we want the Product to look. This is really useful for us, as we can see how the designers have defined the vision vis-a-vis the look and feel of the product. The ability to add comments and tag folks in a Figma board is really helpful as it helps us track and get a comment audit trail.
  • Allows Designers to create awesome look and feel for the product.
  • Love the ability to add comments and get a audit trail of the same.
  • I like the fact that Figma has not only a web-view but also a standalone application for MacOS
  • Scrolling is a bit finicky
  • The web-version is sometimes slow and the SSO login takes time to go through
  • The prototyping can be hard to use as it is not intuitive which buttons to click to move head
  • SSO login
  • Ability to add pages to a design
  • Ability to make sample prototypes
  • Useful to share designs of software designs
  • Useful and has a positive impact on business by facilitating sharing of sample software prototypes
  • Has a steep learning curve, thereby needing us to invest time in training

Do you think Figma delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Figma's feature set?

Yes

Did Figma live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Figma go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Figma again?

Yes

Figma is well suited when you want to define how the look and feel of a product/website should be like. It is also useful when we want to build basic prototypes of how a software product is supposed to look like,
It is less appropriate when we want to build a detailed prototype of the software.
