We are using Figma for Layout Design and Prototyping in my organization. My experience with Figma has been fantastic. It's transformed how my team collaborates on design tasks. We can easily communicate and work together, in single file no matter where we are.
Figma is very fast to use and refresh.

- Figma has a option to make prototype and link screens.
- Figma has very use full plug in for Icons, Illustrations and dev mode also.
- Figma such as occasional performance issues
- Limitation in offline functionality
- Repeat Grid option should be in Figma
- Figma has streamlined my design process
- Figma collaborative features have facilitated better treamwork
- Some of my team members initially found Figma interface and features challenging to learn
- Since Figma is cloud-based, occasional internet outages or connectivity issues have disrupted my workflow
I selected Figma because there is many good features like It is based on web so we can easily work wherever and any system only we need login our account. In Figma we can easily work together in single file as well.
Prototyping is very easy in Figma, we can make any (Web/App) work flow easily.
