Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
FloQast is used to monitor the track of month and quarter close tasks. It was not very convenient to manage list of tasks of all team members date wise, subsidiary company wise, send required reminders and check accountability. FloQast helped to resolve all these problems.

- It should refresh faster, right now it is taking an hour to see the uptates
- Should send reminders everyday when the due date is passed
- should provide filters to see the tasks of different teams separately. eg. revenue and GL team's tasks could be seen separately when needed

- important task is not ignored or forgotten
- managers does not have to follow up all team members, FloQast reminders are doing that tasks already.
Jira is used for all other action items where as FloQast is speciafically for month and quarter close tasks
