Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
The platform is very intuitive and gives me visibility into the status of our close. It was very simple for our team to learn, being onboarded and ramped with a matter of days. Though I like many things about FloQast, one of the things that really sets this platform apart from other tools is the customer support. The team at FloQast has been stellar and contributed largely to us a) signing up for the platform, and b) our continued success.
- Easy to use - no need for extensive training, easy to make changes as needed, easy to integrate to your ERP
- Customer support - this is world-class, I have never had a more responsive or pleasant CSM
- Organization - ensures the team closes on time every month, one stop show for all financial close information
- AutoRec - we did not see value in this tool over our current procedures
- Allow you to edit future periods before the folder is generated
- Vague error messages -the error message should state the issue and how to solve the problem
- Improved visibility
- Streamlined month end and quarter end tasks
- Easier audit procedures
We were able to reduce our close time by 4 days using FloQast.
All information is readily available and we simply provide our auditors access to FloQast so they can access all PBC data. This saves a lot of time ad back and forth.
We selected FloQast because we found it much more intuitive to use, while meeting our needs. The customer experience with FloQast throughout the software review process was also more pleasant.
