FloQast makes closing fast

FloQast houses all of our close reconciliations and tasks while ensuring we are SOX compliant. FloQast also provides a lens into the close process from the preparer level to the approver level. This product ensures we don't miss steps each month. It makes it super easy for me to see what tasks I have remaining. I also love that it syncs directly to Netsuite so anytime a change is made it will automatically kick back my reconciliation if it is no longer a 0 balance.

In the event there is an update to the account, these tools have made it easy to see when a reconciliation is no longer accurately completed. They have made it seamless for knowing what steps need to be taken each month so each employee can easily manage their time and the manager has set clear expectations of when work is to be completed.

This makes it easy to go back to pull old information. FloQast also allows you to see the audit trail so you can see when a rec was completed and approved. This could display multiple updates to a reconciliation which would show the auditors if or when changes were made.
