Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
FloQast houses all of our close reconciliations and tasks while ensuring we are SOX compliant. FloQast also provides a lens into the close process from the preparer level to the approver level. This product ensures we don't miss steps each month. It makes it super easy for me to see what tasks I have remaining. I also love that it syncs directly to Netsuite so anytime a change is made it will automatically kick back my reconciliation if it is no longer a 0 balance.
Pros

- Autosyncs with our accounting software for real time updates
Cons
- The refresh could be quicker
- Would like if the reconciliations rolled forward from prior month
- No other comments
- Allows for a new employee to have easy visibility into their tasks
- Seamless close process as any updates to an account cause the reconciliation to pop back out of prepared
- Can minimize micromanagement as manager can see what is completed VS what is in process
FloQast is much easier to use. The system is user friendly which is very beneficial when you are or are training new employees. I think the use is extremely streamlined so there is no question of where the company is at in the closing or reporting process. The auto-reconciliations are also easier to create.
