Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
We currently use FloQast to streamline our month-end close, and are looking at implementing it for other processes. The checklist feature helps identify all of the items that need to be done (as well as who they're assigned to), while the workpapers within the folders keep everyone on the same page. It helps that FloQast is cloud based, so documents can be accessed from anywhere, rather than dependent on a connection to our network share drive.
- Track month end items
- Provide analytics on items completed vs not
- Centralize workpapers
- Provide workpaper access via cloud
- Improved note functionality -- ability to answer previous notes
The workflows have streamlined our processes. We're looking to implement more of FloQast's automation tools in the future.
Having a centralized, cloud-based location for all audit supporting documentation has been very helpful. It means our data is accessible from anywhere, rather than dependent on local network access. This makes it easier to share data with users who either WFH, or like our auditors, would be coming from out of state, which reduces their travel charges. It also means that our audits can be conducted remotely which I am a fan of.
