Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
We use FloQast as our closing control system. We use the checklists to guide our work and set deadlines. We use the reconciliations to tie out our accounts as month and year end. We use the system as our primary document storage for accounting and finance work papers.

- Visibility to assigned work tasks and their completeness
- Organizes all closing related information in to one easy to access portal
- Sub checklists within checklist items.
- Task Dependecies
- The ability to mark a check list item as skipped if not completed for some reason.
- Improved visibility to process of monthly closing
- Has helped reduces the days to close by setting deadlines
- Imporved collaboration and access to accounting work product.
We have not started using these tools yet.
The tools have help us to gather the needed information for audit PBC requests.
