Overall Satisfaction with Flowlu
Our company has been using multiple apps to keep track of projects, clients and invoicing, including SuiteDash, GSuite and others, which has caused a lot of confusion and lack of use. I needed something to be less scattered and easier to learn which led me to ClickUp. That was a beautiful looking UI that nearly led me to purchase until I started playing with it and realized it was pretty complicated, even for someone like me (tech nerd/web dev experience). I knew many team members would struggle with it.
So we ended up sticking with what we had until I came across Flowlu. I was impressed with the UI but figured it would be complicated like ClickUp. I went ahead and purchased it after less than an hour of the trial when I realized it was very simple to use.
Now my team members are all using it without any issues and no known bugs. We use it for task management, project management, notes, document collaboration and even chats/discussions.

- Task management with subtasks make it easy to create processes for my team. Basically live SOP's where they click through each task until the main task is complete.
- Project management as a whole (where tasks live) help us keep track of all of our projects and due dates.
- Workspaces are awesome. They help keep things organized for marketing teams.
- Project Workflows make it easy to set up new projects with work structures. Milestones and/or tasks. Very nice!
- No client portal (it's coming)
- Ability to duplicate workflows
- It's helped making hiring extremely easy. Onboarding new clients is a snap.
- Creating new projects takes minutes rather than nearly an hour on some other apps.
- I am probably saving 10+ hours per week on work these days because of how easy everything is to set up. Once I get all my training set up in the Knowledgebase I will save even more time.
