Use it across the business and also with clients.

  • Email integration
  • CRM
  • Option to change labels in KB frontend (search, learn more, etc.).
  • Slovenian language in backend.
  • Ticketing system.
  • Happier clients
  • More focused employees.
  • More organized myself.
I just like it better, it is more logical, and feature-rich of course. CNAME is a big plus also.

It's simple and logically organized, has many features, and works fast.
Can't really judge it because I had no need for it.
For any business dealing with clients, projects, tasks, etc. This product is fast, sleek, and feature-rich. I really like the knowledge base module. Used quite a few similar tools in the past, but this one fast became the main and only one we use now.
