Overall Satisfaction with Genesys PureCloud

Tykans recommends and implements Genesys Cloud for our customers. It provides great and better services and addresses the call centre requirements our clients have.
  • Quick to implement.
  • Easy and intuitive to use.
  • Ability to get up and running quickly and add on features as the client requires.
  • Weekly additions of features with releases are great but it would be better to know in advance what is being released/
  • Community is great but sometimes difficult to get a quick answer, you have to read through so many threads. If Genesys could monitor and then provide 'just' the answer to an asked question it would be helpful.
  • Course and videos are useful but a basic implementation course would be good.
  • With the quick implementation it's an easy win for clients.
I haven't worked with any other similar products.
It's very quick to get Genesys Cloud implemented and clients set-up and running which is a huge positive.
It'd be nice to have more of a hybrid solution (some on-prem and some cloud) for clients that need an on-prem solution for legal reasons (like for call recording).
