Genesys Cloud is been used across our organization for managing agents and supervisors in Costa Rica, Honduras, and Guatemala. It gave us the capability to integrate and offer digital channels to our customers.

  • Remote access to data and CX behavior.
  • More out of the box reports.
  • More flexibility to use and pay for mixed Pure Cloud Options in a single CC (for example, 20PC3 Agents + 50PC1agents).
  • Multi-channel customer experience.
  • Fast deploy and fast adoption.
We felt more locally supported.
Most definitely useful in small and midmarket solutions with remote locations and remote agents.
