We use GiveSmart to process donations, for event ticket management, and auctions.

GiveSmart is much more user friendly and flexible than the ones I mentioned above.
It's so easy to use!!
Corey has been our account manager and he has joined us for several calls to help us work through the system.
GiveSmart allowed us to completely brand our online giving page and event page for branding. They look great and follow our color scheme.

The GiveSmart auction platform is so user friendly. It took me no time at all to complete our auction and upload it. The customer service is AMAZING. The one gripe we have had is that the emails to our staff when donations come in are not super streamlined. There are emails for texting, events, donations, etc. and it is hard to get them to the appropriate staff.
