Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong is the greatest gift to any Sales team - I can pay active attention in meetings knowing that if I or the client needs to go back and revisit something discussed, it is always at our fingertips. I can learn from other reps, research previous account calls, and receive updates when I need to follow up on something. 10 out of 10 - would definitely recommend it!

- Transcriptions aren't really accurate enough for note-taking purposes
- Increased revenue
- Nothing falling through the cracks
Definitely - if something has stalled I have a visual to recent communication from both sides.
