Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I rely on Gong when building an understanding of the voice of the customer, digging into nuances in terms of customer pain points, and getting clarity around messaging tactics used by our sales team that applies pressure on the ways in which our solutions address those customer pain points. For me, consistency in message and tone of voice spans across marketing materials and includes the tone and messages used by our sales team. I'd be lost without the insights Gong provides.

Most of the insights I gain from Gong are through my own deductions. I don't think I've dug deep enough into the system to leverage the AI insights.
