Overall Satisfaction with

We are using Gong across our sales org for a multitude of reasons. We are using it for pre sales/post sales, coaching and follow up. It is allowing us to have meaningful conversations with customers without having to focus on taking notes or worrying about forgetting something. It also allows management to be able to listen and coach the rest of our employees.
  • Gong creates great transcripts after the call for you to go over.
  • Gong does an excellent job of allowing you to jump from place to place in a conversation.
  • Gong is excellent in being able to tag someone in your org during a specific conversation for them to review.
  • Some of the transcripts are not cohesive.
  • Gong has made our sales and CSMs lives easier with allowing them to focus on the call and customer rather than taking notes.
My boss works directly with Gong and they have implemented everything we have asked for since starting to use it.

Gong is great to use as a coaching tool or to keep detailed notes without having to lose focus of a call.
