Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

I thoroughly enjoy Gong. It allows me to have a safety net in referring back to my customer meetings. It is incredibly helpful as I also refer back to the recordings that took place in the sales cycle for my customers. It has changed the way our organization conducts business.

My feedback to the gong team would be to make the transcribing component of the tool more accurate. It is still quite a bit off and so taking notes is still required. If I could get this piece more accurate, it would drastically reduce my manual efforts.
