Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
Gong.io is great for having a place to neatly store any calls with prospects and clients. It helps with onboarding new employees who can easily find and watch our sales employees perform their job. It also makes it easy to go back and remember what it is a prospect interested in.

- Makes it simple to store a call with a prospect and easily find it to send it to them.
- I think the text from voice feature could be more accurate.
- I think the site can sometimes be a bit buggy.
