Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong had helped my company tremendously. It is a great tool that salespeople like me, can go back and listen to their discovery or qualification calls. If there are anything that I can improve in my calls, my manager can go over the calls with me, pause if necessary and focus on the flow and other aspects of it.

  • Shows you a detail breakdown of calls, like intro, pitch and close
  • Ability to speed and slow down the speed of calls
  • Slow to load sometimes
  • Searching by keywords could be better
  • Need better UI for iPhone

Overall usability is great! I log in there 3-4 times a day to check on coworkers' calls as well as my own, and to learn about how to improve in every aspect of the business.
It did benefit my business by allowing every team member to learn from each other. So salespeople can listen to teammates calls, and also from other departments like product and marketing

The best scenario would be when salespeople sit with managers to go over sales calls. A less suited scenario would be when other departments listen to calls and examine the productivity of other functions within the company.
