Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We use Gong.io to record our calls and have as a resource when doing research and call coaching.
- I like how well the analytics gather useful information
- Easy to use
- Phone friendly
- For some reason, I always have to log in when using the app. Would be great if I didn't have to do that.

Not sure. I have not used Chorus yet but heard that it is comparable to Gong.io
