  • Heatmaps are still in beta
  • While instructional support is far better than others, and the interface is cleaner than the rest, could still benefit from more instructional tooltips and basic how-to's for the newly initiated
  • The best free web analytics solution on the market, combined with the resources and support of a tech giant like Google
  • Allows webmasters to gauge user traffic and user backgrounds for better website optimization
Even at its most basic implementation, still provides a fair amount of analytics and user demographics that can prove invaluable to webmasters.
While easy to learn, difficult to master, this service provides the most bang for your buck (none). While Premium allocates more event tracking slots, for small businesses and individuals this is the best analytics service to be had.
