Overall Satisfaction with Google Charts

We use Google Charts conjunction with javascript and jquery libraries to achieve the visual impact on data visualization, especially in graphical reports, leaderboards and dashboards.
Google Charts provides us with a useful tool in our work throughout the organization. With Google Charts we attract new customers and cover our current clients expectations.
  • Great visual impact.
  • Wide range of options for customizing tolos.
  • Hey, its free!
  • Required online connection.
  • No manufacturer wrapper for programming languages like Java.
  • Some graphics are better alternatives in other libraries.
  • jQuery and JavaScript
Google Charts offers a wide range of possibilities, and it is precisely on this issue that it stands out above other libraries such as JavaScript and jQuery. The API being unified provides us a great advantage in ease of use and standardization of code. There are some reports where JavaScript or jQuery libraries are better, but the cases are not enough to discredit Google Charts as a mature tool in managing graphical reports.
Java Reporting Engine, QlikView
Google Charts is ideal for displaying synthesized, scaled and easy viewing information for almost any scenario where a web browser intervenes. However, for mobile applications, desktop or other platforms, it may not be the best alternative. Nor it is highly recommended for analysis when you are already using a dedicated Business Intelligence tool.
