I have used it for compliance and Data Discovery solution in one of the organizations 2 years ago, there was a need to retain Gmail data.
- Google Vault retains organization critical data in efficient way.
- You can use it to apply to individual accounts, organizational units or groups.
- There is possibility to keep track of activity within audit reports.
- It will be great to have a support for Google Calendar events.
- Have ability to save data of deleted users.
- It also will be great to have hybrid version of Vault to sync with on-premise storage.
- Data is retained even when users delete messages and files.
- Keeps for as long as Organization needs it or per compliance requirements.
- Well suited for the investigations.
- Google Vault stores valuable information, it helped us to maintain compliance.
- Not only just storing data is must have but efficient discovery is time saving.
- Solution cuts spending money on on-premise storage and maintenance.
