Overall Satisfaction with Google Voice

Used for communication. It gives us a one stop shop for communication between team members and clients
  • No connectivity issues like other software we tried.
  • No fear of losing stored messages during outages.
  • Easy to use and teach clients how to properly use.
  • I have nothing bad to say.
  • It's a total time saver.
  • Helps keep my contacts in a clean, clear order
We have since switched to 8x8 but if things changed, like 8x8 costing more, I would gladly push my company back towards Google.
Great support, fast and friendly, and always got me through the few issues I had.
