Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use it as our telephone - communication system since it was Jive. We stop using our common telephone switch and substituted it with Jive (now GoTo) as our internal and external communication system.
- Manages all our external calls.
- Works perfectly as our automatic call assistant 24-7.
- Manages all our internal communication between all our facilities.
- The GoTo meeting rooms aren't as easy to use compared to Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- The GoTo Meeting App should have a better promotion to be as popular as the mentioned apps.
- Cost savings when moving to new locations just needing LAN connections.
- Agility to answer from any location a call dialed to your extension.
- Easy growth when new extensions have to be added to the system.
As a whole, I think that the meetings area has room for improvement in order to have a real all-in-one system.
